2. Estimates & Payments

• Estimates: Valid for 30 days from the issue date.
• Deposits: A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Payment Schedule: Outlined in the estimate and contract.
• Late Payments: May incur additional fees.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure the work area is accessible and ready for installation.
• Inform us of any structural issues that may impact the project.
• Obtain necessary permits if required (unless agreed otherwise).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.
• Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been purchased.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 days.

5. Liability & Warranty

• AGP Drywall is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damages, or structural issues beyond our control.
• Workmanship warranties apply for 12months after project completion.
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project delays, material defects, or customer negligence.
